
Grafton will honor the town’s and the nation’s fallen veterans Monday with a series of Memorial Day activities scheduled.
The day will begin with ceremonies at the town’s cemeteries.
The schedule is as follows:

7:45 a.m.: Old Farnumsville Cemetery, Route 122, South Grafton
8 a.m.: , Route 122, South Grafton

8:20 a.m.: , Millbury Street, Grafton.
8:30 a.m.: , Millbury Street, Grafton.
8:50 a.m.: Old Indian Cemetery, Oak Street, Grafton.
9:15 a.m.: Grafton State Hospital, North Grafton.
9:30 a.m.: , Route 30, North Grafton.
The parades will follow.
9:45 a.m.: North Grafton, start at St. Mary’s Church, to Quinsigamond Corner, with a stop at the bridge.
10:30 a.m.: South Grafton, start at the former library to the Soldier’s Memorial
11:15 a.m.: Grafton Center, start at Norcross Park, stop at the Common, then to Grafton High School via Oak Street.
Noon: Raising the flag at Grafton High School.
Veterans of any war, members of the armed forces on leave and members of other patriotic organizations are invited to join the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars for these events.
Cars can be parked at the high school. Buses will leave at 9:15 a.m. The American Legion Delisle Goulet Post 92 will host the events.
