Negligent Operation Leads to Crash, Summons For Charges
The following information was provided by the Grafton Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Sunday, Feb. 17
3:53 p.m.: Police and an ambulance responded to Milford Road for a crash with personal injury.
8:26 p.m.: A suspicious person was reported seen at Creeper Hill Road and Prentice Street.

Monday, Feb. 18
12:43 a.m.: Police pulled over a vehicle on Overlook Street and are seeking a summons to charge its driver. Police will be seeking a summons to charge James A. Fontaine, 50, of 6 Overlook St., Apt. 6B, Grafton, with having an uninsured motor vehicle on a public way, having an unregistered motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.

2:59 p.m.: Police responded to a crash with property damage on Worcester Street and called to take the driver to the hospital. They will be seeking a summons to charge Jeffrey M. Meade, 50, of 10 Villa Dr., Hopedale, with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failing to drive in the right lane.
7:38 p.m.: Police were called to disperse youths on Depot Street.
10:15 p.m.: A liquor law violation was investigated on Bailin Circle.
Tuesday, Feb. 19
12:14 a.m.: Police responded to a call about a runaway on Main Street and a person was taken to the hospital.
4:55 p.m.: Police were called to keep the peace on Zgonis Drive.
5:13 p.m.: Road rage was reported on Providence Road.
Wednesday, Feb. 20
8:37 a.m.: Police were monitoring traffic at Millbury Street and Providence Road.
11:09 a.m.: The Fire Department responded to a fire on Carroll Road.
Thursday, Feb. 21
10:26 a.m.: Police were monitoring traffic at Providence road and Worcester Street.
2:12 p.m.: Police were monitoring traffic at Providence Road and Millbury Street.
Friday, Feb. 22
8:46 a.m.: A 14-year-old was arrested on Worcester Street and charged with a crime against the public peace and threatening to commit a crime.
2:21 p.m.: Vandalism was reported on Blanchard Road.
Saturday, Feb. 23
6:57 a.m.: Erratic driving was reported on Westboro Road.
