David Adams, 25, of 270 Sunderland Rd., No. 12, Worcester, was arrested Jan. 8 by Grafton police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, speeding, breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, larceny over $250 and possession of burglary tools. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 9.

Nicholas Vokes, 23, of 41 Coburn Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Grafton police Jan. 8 and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, larceny over $250 and possession of burglary tools. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 9.

John Martin, 19, of 7 Follette St., South Grafton, was summonsed into court after Grafton police filled out a criminal complaint on Dec. 22, 2010 and was charged with OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended. Judge Vito Virzi found Martin guilty of the OUI charge and ordered him to pay $665 in court fees, suspended a one-year suspension until Jan. 10, 2013 and ordered to remain alcohol and drug free. Virzi also dismissed the charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Virzi also found Martin not responsible for the marked lanes violation.

Pedro Connors, 33, of 60 Chatham St., #2, Worcester, was arrested Oct. 4 in Grafton and charged with a subsequent offense for distributing a class B drug for an incident that occurred on Sept. 4, subsequent offense for possession of a class B drug for an incident that occurred on Sept. 27 and subsequent offense for possession to distribute a class B drug for an incident that occurred on Oct. 4. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed all charges by request of the commonwealth.
