No Shark Sightings at This Beach

Here are some things to know about Silver Lake Beach.

Silver Lake Beach is the beach of choice for Grafton residents. Here are five things to know about it.

1. The beach is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.

2. The beach tentatively closes for the season Sept. 4.

3. The beach also has hiking trails that come highly recommended.

4. For beach updates and information on beach passes, visit http://www.grafton-ma.gov or call the at 508-839-5335, ext. 156.

5. No great white sharks have been seen in the waters there, so you can avoid the Cape traffic AND swim in total relaxation.
