As the former Town House at 1 Grafton Common is being renovated, the businesses there have faced challenges.

Then there are two non-profits in the building that are not retail stores but they do offer unique gifts.
The is selling a Grafton history calendar for 2012. The calendars are available at the society’s open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sundays through Dec. 18.
, a non-profit arts organization, is selling a CD featuring musical selections from the faculty. They also sell gift certificates to their program. They are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
