Erika Ernst, 31, of 153 Providence Rd, Grafton, was summonsed into court Sept. 26 by Grafton police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Robert Gardner dismissed the charge.
Steven Magliaro, 45, of 135 Worcester St., North Grafton, was summonsed into court after Grafton police filled out a complaint on Dec. 15 and charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. The case was continued until Feb. 1.
