Nicholas E. Mulira, 37, of 7 Nottingham Rd., Grafton, was summonsed into court Dec. 17 by Grafton police on a charge of assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 16.
Fabio Iannella, 34, of 1 Capt. Peter Simpson Rd., Millbury, was arrested Dec. 17 by Grafton police and charged with OUI liquor and distribution of a class C substance. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 8.

James Schofield, 24, of 52R North St., Grafton, was arrested Dec. 18 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor, OUI drugs, marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 8.
Shannen B. Dando, 23, 23 Countryside Rd., North Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Westborough police filled out a complaint on Nov. 7, charging Dando with unregistered operation of a motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case.

Rattanatay Daoheaung, 45, of 45 Church St. in Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough Distrit Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on Nov. 22 charging him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding for an incident which occurred on March 27. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charge. Daoneaung was found not responsible for the second charge.
Raymond R. Ferschke, Jr., 45, of 51 Anderson Ave. in Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on Nov. 22. He was charged with uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and having no inspection sticker for an incident which took place on May 13. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first two charges. Ferschke was found not responsible on the last charge.
