Joseph Gillespie, 23, of 15 Adams Rd., Grafton, was arrested Feb. 4 by Grafton police on charges of OUI liquor, OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield and speeding. Judge Robert Gardner Jr. continued the case to March 14.
Kyle E. St. Martin, 23, of 19 Elliot Trail, Grafton, was arrested on Feb. 6 on a warrant and was charged with two counts of assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The case was continued until Feb. 24.

Fabio Iannella, 34, 1 Capt. Peter Simpson Rd., Millbury, was arrested on Dec. 19 by Grafton police and charged with OUI, distribution of class C drugs. Judge Vito Virzi, after admission to sufficient facts, sentenced Iannella to one year probation and 45-day loss of license for OUI.
