Police Log: Domestic Violence, Stolen Property Arrest

On Monday, Nov. 14, police:
Received a report of vandalism at 7:35 a.m. on Main Street.

Received a request for radar at 8:15 a.m. on Old Upton Road.
Received a complaint of wires down at 2:20 p.m. on Pleasant Street and Grist Mill Road.

Made an arrest at 6:55 p.m. on Providence and Milford roads.
Mark A. Blank, 30, of 19 Buttercup Lane, Grafton, was charged with receiving stolen property over $25 and attempting to sell machinery with defaced ID number.
On Tuesday, Nov. 16, police:
Received a report of suspicious activity at 12:07 a.m. on Shrewsbury and Prentice streets.
As a result, police made an arrest:
David Gain, 44, of 525 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was charged with domestic assault and battery.
Another man was placed in protective custody, due to alcohol issues.
Received a complaint of wires down at 7:51 a.m. on North Street.
Had a radar assignment at 9:36 a.m. on Main Street.
