Police Log: Man Charged with Fifth OUI

On Tuesday, Sept. 13, police:
Stopped motor vehicles and issued citations at the following times and locations: 8:04 a.m. on Worcester Street; 1:10 p.m. on Waterville Street and 1:35 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. on Worcester Street.

Monitored a stop sign/stop light at 4:28 p.m. on Providence Road and Main Street.
Received a report of loud noise/disturbance at 5:54 p.m. on Main and Elmwood streets.

On Wednesday, Sept. 14, police:
Stopped motor vehicles and issued citations at the following times and locations: 12:26 a.m. on Worcester Street and Airport Road; 6:34 a.m. on Worcester Street and the Common; 3:51 p.m. on South Street; and 4:05 p.m. on North Street.
Responded to a traffic hazard at 8:02 a.m. on Westboro Road and Discovery Drive.
Made an arrest following a motor vehicle stop at 7:14 p.m. on Worcester Street.
Frederick C. Carlson, 47, of 20 Snow Rd. Apt. 7, Grafton, was charged with OUI liquor, fifth offense; and speeding.
