Police Seeking to Charge Three With Alcohol Offenses

4:53 p.m.: Police stopped a vehicle on Worcester Street and are seeking a summons to charge three people. Police will be applying to charge the following residents: Mitchell Deveney, 21, of 13 Jay St., sell/deliver/furnish alcohol to a minor; Dylan J. Guyer, 18, of 8 Carroll Mnr., person under 21 in possession of liquor; and Erik A. Henningson, 18, of 25 Waterville St., person under 21 in possession of liquor.
