POLL: When Should Grafton Have Halloween?
Some in town are informally planning to go out later this week.
Although Police Chief Normand A. Crepeau Jr. strongly advises against trick-or-treating because of the storm damage, the town has not officially canceled Halloween activities tonight.
But some people in town have mentioned trick-or-treating should be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday night, assuming conditions are safe by then.
