Power Restored to Much of Town

Power has been restored to all but 564 customers in Grafton, National Grid reports this morning.

Significant progress was made overnight, a National Grid spokesman said.

As of yesterday morning, more than 3,000 customers had no power. National Grid has nearly 8,000 customers in town.

No information was available on when power would be restored to the remaining customers, but more details may be available later today, according to National Grid.
