After 5th OUI, Prison, License Pulled

A Grafton man was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in the House of Correction after being charged with OUI for the fifth time.

Frederick C. Carlson, Jr., 57, of 20 Snow Rd., #7, North Grafton, was also ordered by Judge Vito Virzi to lose his license permanently, according to Westborough District Court documents.

He was arrested Sept. 14 on his fifth OUI charge, a few days after receiving his fourth charge.
