Recent Arrests Include Motor Vehicle Violations, Drunken-Driving

The following information was provided by the Grafton Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Monday, March 4

3:58 a.m.: A reported breaking-and-entering on Hovey Pond Drive was unfounded.

2 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop on North Street. They are seeking a summons to charge Eric S. Saltus, 32, of 51 Depot St., Grafton, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no inspection sticker.

5:25 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop on North Main Street. They are seeking a summons to charge Mike Soto, 27, of 17 Mason St., Apt. 1, Worcester, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker.

5:31 p.m.: A robbery was investigated at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Tuesday, March 5

1:34 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop on Deernolm and Worcester Streets. They are seeking a summons to charge Christopher Jakubiak, 40 of 17 Anglin St., Shrewsbury, with operating a motor vehicle after license or right to operate revoked, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.

4:43 p.m.: Police stopped a vehicle on Worcester Street. They are looking to charge Christopher Malouin, 35, of 57 Manville Hill Rd., Cumberland, RI, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no red flag/light with an load more than four feet.

Wednesday, March 6

12:39 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported on Worcester Street and Providence Road.

2:51 p.m.: Police responded to a crash with no injuries on Worcester Street and Carroll Road.

Thursday, March 7

5:29 p.m.: Police responded to a rollover crash on Old Westboro Road. The heavy rescue and an ambulance responded as well.

Friday, March 8

8:56 a.m.: Police responded to a crash with no injuries on Brigham Hill Road.

1 p.m.: Police responded to a crash with no injuries on Pine Street.

1:41 p.m.: Police responded to a crash with no injuries on Bridge Street.

10:14 p.m.: A report of youths in the street on Worcester Street was unfounded.

Saturday, March 9

11:06 a.m.: Police received a report of erratic driving on Providence Road. They will be seeking a summons to charge Louis A. Falcon, 32, of 239A Boylston St, Shrewsbury, with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, failure to use care in stopping and not having a license in possession.

3:30 p.m.: Police received a request for frequent patrols on Worcester Street.

11:47 p.m.: Lindsey A. Roberts, 28, of 4124 Avalon Wy., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Ray Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.
