David A. Barksdale, 48, of 14 Morgan Drive, Grafton, was summonsed into court Nov. 26 by Grafton Police on a charge of OUI liquor. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Dec. 15.
Bradford J. Gorrie, 36, 300 Providence Rd., Apt. A, South Grafton was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on Sept. 27 for an incident which took place on July 25. Gorrie was charged with assault and battery and vandalizing a property. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed both charges on request of the commonwealth and the defendant.
