Santa's Coming to Town by Firetruck

For the first time, Santa will make his way across town on a Tower One ladder truck, Fire Chief Michael Gauthier said.

Weather permitting, the truck will leave the central fire station at 4:30 p.m. and make its way through town for the next three to four hours.

The truck will travel slowly through town, allowing youngsters to see Santa as he rides through neighborhoods in town.

“We’re trying to hit most of the town,’’ he said.

The truck will start in the center of town, then head to North Grafton and South Grafton before returning to the center.

“Other towns do it, so we decide to do it for the first time this year,’’ he said.
