Addeo is currently being held at the Worcester County House of Correction in West Boylston, Connolly said.
Addeo made headlines in March when he removed his court-mandated GPS bracelet and fled the area.
Addeo was captured in Augusta, Maine March 16, several days after allegedly cutting off his GPS monitoring bracelet and tossing it into the back of a pickup truck in the parking lot of Home Depot in Tewksbury.
Wearing the monitoring bracelet was one of the requirements of his parole. He was released on lifetime community parole April 29, 2010 after pleading guilty to a number of charges.
The uttering charges are unrelated to the March incident.
