Six to 10 Inches Of Snow Possible

The National Weather Service has upgraded its snow prediction totals, with 6 to 10 inches now in the forecast.

The service has issued a winter storm warning from noon today to 6 p.m. tomorrow.

Snow is expected to begin between 1 and 3 p.m. The snow is expected to get heavy at times by late afternoon and will continue into Thursday.

A light coating of ice is also expected.

Both the evening commute tonight and tomorrow’s morning drive are expected to be affected.

Travel will be slow at best during the storm, the service reports.

Allow extra travel time or plan to have travel completed by late afternoon.
