Time to Talk Trash
Residents are encouraged to attend a meeting on proposed trash pick-up changes.

Town officials are encouraging the public to attend the March 8 meeting and offer feedback on the proposed trash and recycling route schedule and the proposed automated recycling toters
E. L. Harvey and Sons, Inc., the town’s solid waste and recycling vendor, will be on hand to answer questions.
The company has proposed changing about 10 percent of the current trash route for efficiency purposes, and providing a 96-gallon toter to all residents for automated recycling pickup. Both would be implemented in May if approved by the Board of Selectmen at its March 15 meeting.
