Effective November 15, 2021, the Town of Grafton will not be renewing its service contract with SeeClickFix, and the service will no longer be available to residents. In the absence of the service, residents will be able to submit all questions, comments, and requests for service directly to the Town.

  • Residents can contact the Municipal Center directly via phone at 508-839-5335, during regular business hours.
  • The Town Contact Form is still available on the website for residents to send comments and questions.
  • A complete directory of Town Departments can be found here simply click the department you need and direct contact information will be available.
  • Questions for the Select Board can be sent to selectboard@grafton-ma.gov.

Mr. Evan Brassard, Town Administrator, stated, “SeeClickFix is no longer a cost effective or efficient way of the Town interacting with the public based on the other channels we have available to us. In the future, we may explore an alternative app, but for the immediate future we will rely on the website, phone, and email for resident feedback.”
