UPDATE: Conti Held on $100,000 Bail
The Grafton resident is charged in connection with an incident at Amorello Construction.

The Grafton man charged with burning equipment at a Worcester construction company last night was arraigned this afternoon in Worcester District Court.
Charles Conti, 63, of 7 Airport Rd., Grafton, was charged with malicious destruction of property valued over $250 and two counts of burning a motor vehicle, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Joseph Early.
The alleged incident happened last night at 115 Southwest Cutoff in Worcester, the site of A. F. Amorello & Sons construction company. Conti was arrested at 12:10 a.m.

Conti is being held on $100,000 cash bail. He was arrested by State Police in Worcester. assisted, according to Police Chief Normand Crepeau Jr.
Conti is scheduled to return to court March 13.
