Nadean M. Morin, 22, 189 Pleasant St., Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint which charged Morin with possession of class C drug (Xanax) in violation of general law for a May 4 incident. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $300 in court costs.

Michael J. McNulty, 20, 3 Hollywood Drive, North Grafton, was arrested on Nov. 8 by Grafton police for B&E into a vehicle at night, larceny under $250, assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest. McNulty is accused of breaking in to a car on Fairlawn Drive, after the caller reported his GPS was stolen. The caller then confronted McNulty, who allegedly pulled a knife in a “menacing manner.”  The victim/caller sat in the back seat of the police car as police looked for the suspect, whom they later found on Deerholm and Worcester streets. Despite police asking the victim to remain in the cruiser, he jumped out and yelled, “That’s him. I went to school with him!” Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Dec. 7.
