The Grafton Public Schools Special Education Parent Advisory Council is seeking nominations for the 2012 Every Day Hero award.
These awards are presented to people who have made a difference in the life of a child with special needs.
Nomination forms are available at www.graftonspedpac.org or www.grafton.k12.ma.us.

A $15 nomination fee is requested and checks can be made out to Grafton Sped Pac

The final date to submit a nomination is Friday, March 30. The recognition ceremony will take place Thursday, May 10 at the auditorium.
