Woman Charged with Keeping Noisy House

Brian L. Murphy, 22, of 11 West St., Grafton, was summonsed into court Jan. 23 by Grafton police on charges of operating a motor vehicle in violation of class of license and speeding. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to April 26.

Austin Carangelo, 17, of 17 Robin Drive, North Grafton, was summonsed to court by a complaint Dec. 13 by Grafton police on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and having no license in possession. Judge Robert Calagione found sufficient facts for the first charge and continued the case without a finding to May 29. He was fined $50 and ordered to attend the brains at risk program. He was found not responsible on the second charge.

 Paul G. Healy, 53, of 7 Nelson Place, North Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Oct. 9 by Westborough police and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Judge Calagione dismissed the first charge upon payment of $300 in court costs, found him not responsible on the second and dismissed the third charge.

Lynne J. Rudert, 51, of 26 Juniper Lane, Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 20 by Grafton police on charges of keeping a noisy and disorderly house. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to March 29.

Peter R. Rawson, 34, of 26 Keith Hill Rd., Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 20 by Grafton police on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to March 29.
