Nathanael Russell, 22, of 24 Main St., second floor, Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filled out a complaint on De. 15 charging him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first two charges upon payment of $500 court costs for each and found him not responsible for the third charge.
Jeffrey S. Lucewich, 30, of 5 Usher Rd., North Grafton was arrested March 3 by Grafton police and charged with larceny under $250, possession of burglary tools and vandalizing property. Judge Virzi continued the case to April 13.

Kyle T. Buckminster, 46, of 9 Cherry Lane, South Grafton, wad arrested March 7 by Grafton police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense.) Judge Calagione continued the case to April 5.
Kaitlin N. McQuiggan, 25, 12 Hudson Ave., Grafton, was arrested on March 8 by Grafton police on charges of assault and battery. McQuiggan, who was intoxicated according to a police report, is accused of trying to strangle her mother. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a pre-trial hearing for April 24.

Andrew D. Babowtich, 30 29 Waterville St., Apt. 3, North Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filled out a complaint Feb. 2 on charges of shoplifting by asportation. Judge Vito Virzi found him responsible, and fined him $150.
