Jesus Rivera, 54, of 358 S. Union St., Lawrence, was summonsed into court Dec. 4 by State Police in Grafton and charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge Vito Virzi found him responsible on the first charge and fined him $50. He was found responsible on the second charge and fined $300.
Lisa A. Feraco, 36, of 3 North St. Apt. 2A, Grafton, was summonsed into court Dec. 4 by Grafton police on charges of OUI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 6.

Jonathan E. Oles, 30, 20 Richardson St., Uxbridge, was arrested Aug. 9 by Grafton police for B&E at night, trespassing, possession of a burglarious instrument. Admitting to sufficient facts for B&E, Oles was given one year probation by Judge Robert Calagione, ordered to stay away from the victim and subject to random drug and alcohol screenings.
Cheri L. McCulley, 42, of 14 Ray St. in North Grafton was arrested by Grafton police on March 8 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor with an oral reading over .08 percent, second offense; marked lane violation; and reckless endangerment of a child. McCulley entered a guilty please on the first charge. Judge Vito Virzi found her guilty and sentenced her to 18 months in the House of Correction and a three year loss of license. She was found not responsible on the second charge. McCulley entered a guilty plea for reckless endangerment of a child and was found guilty and placed on probation until Dec. 9, 2014.
Cheri L. McCulley, 42, of 14 Ray St., North Grafton, was summonsed to the Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on July 21 charging her with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and batter for an incident that occurred on June 14. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed both charges.
Sarah L. Drew, 22, of 317 Providence Rd., South Grafton, was summonsed to the Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on Oct. 19. She was charged with leaving the scene of personal injury, marked lanes violation and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle for an incident that occurred on July 4. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 18.

Diane G. Morill, 42, of 166 Main St., Apt. 2, South Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on July 30 and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge.
Diane G. Morrill, 42, of 126 Main St., Apt. 2, South Grafton, was summonsed to the Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint on Aug. 5. She was charged with vandalizing property. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge.
