Hingham pediatrician, Dr. Eileen Granahan, has joined the pediatrics department at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Quincy. Granahan, received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York before completing her pediatric residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.  Her most recent position was as a pediatrician at Core Pediatric in Exeter, N.H.
