A Lockdown Project Goes Viral For Hingham Father And Daughter

Back in April, Alex Zane came up with the idea of recreating iconic movie scenes with his 5-year-old daughter, Matilda.

HINGHAM, MA — Back in April, Alex Zane came up with the idea of recreating iconic movie scenes with his 5-year-old daughter, Matilda. He started sharing the photos on the Instagram account tot_for_tot_remakes.

“In the beginning, this was just a silly project to pass the time when we were all stuck in lockdown so it’s mind-blowing that people that we didn’t know, strangers, were liking the photos. It was exciting and cool,” Zane said.

The account now has over 15,000 followers, many of whom are happy for the light-hearted distraction.
