• Team Seneca Navy shoves off on ‘World's Toughest Row' today (update, race tracker) (cleveland.com) — One of the four rowers embarking today on a grueling Atlantic crossing is Ryan Mulflur of Hingham, part of Team Seneca Navy. The crew, with ties to Cleveland and beyond, trained on Lake Erie and will now spend up to 12 weeks rowing from the Canary Islands to Antigua through massive waves, harsh weather, and round-the-clock shifts.
