The Metrowest Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Max Hobart, will present Musical Potpourri, a concert with something for everyone, at Framingham State University’s Dwight Performing Arts Center. The concert will include music by Sir Arthur Sullivan, opera arias with baritone John Castillo, and the finale from Stravinsky’s The Firebird. MSO will also feature two of our accomplished woodwind soloists, Rebecca Makara on flute and Frederick Sowa on bassoon.
Tickets for adults are $20; seniors, veterans, and students $10; FSU personnel and children under 12 are free. The MSO proudly participates in the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s “Card to Culture” program, offering discounted seating to low-income individuals. Dwight Hall is fully handicap accessible.
