Fire Log: Woman Airlifted After Injury

A MedFlight helicopter brought a Pilgrim Road woman to a Boston trauma center when her condition worsened after being injured in a fall.

9:02 a.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

11:02 a.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Jeffrey Avenue. A Millis resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:50 p.m.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Tracy Lynn Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained. 

6:09 p.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Saturday, March 3

7:13 a.m.: An ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. There were no injuries; signed waivers were obtained. 

10:42 p.m.: An ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Sunday, March 4

10:37 a.m.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:07 p.m.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Baker Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained. 

1:55 p.m.: Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy and Engines 2 and 4 responded to an oven fire on Andrew Lane. 

 

Monday, March 5 

9:41 a.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick. 

 

Tuesday, March 6

3:19 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy and An ambulance responded to Marlborough as part of an Ambulance Task Force activation for a three alarm fire at an elderly housing complex on Main Street.

8:53 a.m.: Chief Cassidy and an ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

3:23 p.m.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dalton Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:58 p.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Pilgrim Road. The resident was transported to a landing zone secured by Engine 2 on Central Street.  The patient was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital by Boston MedFlight.

8:22 p.m.: Lieutenant Alan Greendale investigated an odor of smoke on Norfolk Street. 

 

Wednesday, March 7 

12:34 a.m.: Chief Cassidy and Engine 4 responded to assist the police department with a horse rescue on Adams Street.  

9:28 a.m.: Chief Cassidy investigated a hazardous condition on Washington Street.  

10:37 a.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on High Rock Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 

2:19 p.m.: Chief Cassidy investigated a report of arcing wires on Chamberlain Street. 

6:34 p.m.: An ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Union Street. There were no injuries; signed waivers were obtained.

 

Thursday, March 8 

8:25 a.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

1:50 p.m.: Chief Cassidy investigated an outside fire on Concord Street caused by arcing electrical equipment.

3:10 p.m.: An ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Rockland Street. The ambulance was canceled prior to arrival. 

6:10 p.m.: Chief Cassidy investigated an odor on Lone Oak Circle.  

8:35 p.m.: An ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
