Holliston Log: Missing 3-Year-Old, Four Car Crashes

The following information was supplied by the Holliston Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Feb. 11

1:13 a.m.: An officer responded to an alarm at Holliston High School. Everything appeared to be OK except for a screen that had been disturbed by the storm.

9:02 a.m.: A vehicle was towed out of a snow bank after it crashed on Norfolk Street.

9:46 a.m.: A caller reported a Burmese mountain dog with a leash on but no owner. An officer checked the area around Kingsbury Land but could not locate the dog or owner.

9:53 a.m.: Two vehicles were involved in a crash on Highland Street.

10:35 a.m.: A car crashed into a snow bank on Prentice Street.

12:11 p.m.: A caller from Norland Street reported that a 3-year-old child had gone missing. Officers located the child within minutes.

3:30 p.m.: A caller reported that his son’s vehicle was stuck in a snow bank on Jerrold Street.

5:12 p.m.: An alarm company contacted the Holliston Police Department after two motion alarms were tripped at Eye Q Wear on October Hill Road. An officer responded and spoke with NStar crews working in the area.

9:11 p.m.: An officer spoke to youths who were at Dunkin Donuts. The youths were advised to leave the area.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

6:25 p.m.: A cell phone caller reported a water main break on Kuniholm Drive. The Water Department was notified and responded.

8:17 a.m.: A caller reported that when she arrived at work in downtown Holliston she discovered vandalism to her vehicle. The damage appeared to have been cause caused by a hammer.
