Holliston Man Arrested, Suspicious Lunch at Stoddard Park

Wednesday, Feb. 20

1:34 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Hopping Brook Road. Three beers were dumped out. The operator and passenger were trying to visit a friend.

2:27 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Concord Street near Colonial Way. Police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with speeding and unlicensed operation.

2:27 p.m.: The K9 unit participated in evidence detection training inside Holliston High School.

Thursday, Feb. 21

12:59 p.m.: An officer checked a suspicious person at Stoddard Park. The person was having lunch.

2:48 p.m.: Animal Control was notified of a dog with no tags and a possible injury on Pamela Drive.

3:16 p.m.: Three vehicles were involved in a crash on Washington Street at Summer Street.

5:00 p.m.: A resident went in to the Holliston Police Department and spoke with an officer about a larceny.

11:38 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street at Linden Street for speeding. Paul Cook, 49, of 1084 Washington St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and warrant charges.
