Holliston Man Charged With Third Drunken-Driving Offense
The following information was provided by the Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Jan. 14
9:30 a.m.: An officer served a letter of no trespass to a person on Kingsbury Land.
12:19 p.m.: A caller from Maple Street reported that oversized trucks were using the road despite weight restrictions.

1:16 p.m.: A caller reported a discrepancy with information given after a past car crash.
3:49 p.m.: A caller reported that a vehicle did not stop at the red lights of a school bus on Prentice Street.

6:34 p.m.: A caller reported trash being thrown near the high-tension lines on Dalton Road.
10:36 p.m.: An officer from the Holliston Police Department investigated a report of breaking and entering on South Street.
Tuesday, Jan. 15
4:41 a.m.: An officer responded to a direct alarm from the First Congregational Church. No issues were found.
6:43 a.m.: An officer stopped several vehicles while conducting radar checks on South Street. Three people were given citations for 90/18.
3:43 p.m.: An officer helped a resident get back in to their vehicle after they were locked out.
4:38 p.m.: A caller reported a car crash at the intersection of Oak Street and Washington Street. The caller was behind a vehicle that fled the scene and was able to help police officers find the suspect vehicle. Daniel Lupo, 45, of 57 School St., was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on . He was charged with third offense drunken-driving, leaving the scene of property damage, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failing to yield a an intersection.
