Officers Discover Alcohol in Cars at High School

Thursday, Feb. 28

8:51 a.m.: An officer assisted the Holliston Fire Department after a caller from Adams Street reported the smell of smoke in their house.

4:52 p.m.: Two callers reported that the operator of a red sedan was operating aggressively. And exchanged words with a tractor trailer driver after a road rage incident. Officers located the vehicle and arrested Cleonice Deoliveira, 40, of 16 Depot St., Milford.

Friday, March 1

2:13 a.m.: An officer patrolled the Lowland Industrial park checking for activity after two businesses in the area reported stolen scrap metal earlier in the week.

8:25 a.m.: A caller from Burnap Road reported that three of the tires on their vehicle had been flattened.

5:53 p.m.: An employee of Rodenheiser Excavating reported a suspicious red-haired male in the area. According to the caller, the male left toward the woods. An officer responded and reported that no theft had occurred.

Saturday, March 2

2:22 a.m.: An officer assisted the Ashland Police Department with a large party that was occurring on Elliot Street behind Shaws.

2:47 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Concord street at High Street. Police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with unlicensed operation and marked lanes violation.

1:22 p.m.: An officer took a report of illegal dumping at Hollis Industries.`

4:23 p.m.: A resident went in to the Holliston Police Department to report 32 instances of larceny by check and at least one incident of using a motor vehicle without authority.

8:23 p.m.: An officer located multiple vehicles in the Holliston High School parking lot. Alcohol was located in numerous vehicles. Officers contacted the parents of the students whose vehicles were at the scene and spoke with them about the incident. When the students returned officers and parents confronted the children. Police are seeking a summons to charge one of the students with minor in possession of alcohol. Two other students are expected to be placed in the court diversion program.

Sunday, March 3

1:52 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Ashland Street and arrested Luis G. Lema-Guaman, 21, of 105 Winthrop St., Framingham. Lema-Guaman was charged with unlicensed operation and marked lanes violation.

5:40 a.m.: An officer euthanized an injured deer on High Street. A citizen retrieved the carcass.

1:27 p.m.: A caller from Holliston Gas and Go on Norfolk Street reported that a patron left without paying for $30 worth of gas. An officer contacted the registered owner of the vehicle and left a message with a family member.

1:46 p.m.: A caller reported an injured hawk on Pleasant Street. When the Animal Control Officer arrived on the scene a crowd had gathered around the bird. Animal Control was able to contain and transport the bird.
