Moore said Deoliveira passed the 18-wheeler and slowed down to a crawl. At this point Thompson responded and found the two vehicles pulled over on the side of the road and the two people involved out of their vehicles.
"Detective Thompson tried to separate them," Moore said. "He went back to his vehicle as instructed but she continued to pound on the door to his truck. It was at this point she was placed under arrest."
