Friday, April 20 5:51 a.m.  stopped a car on Washington Street and arrested Francisley Moura, 34 from 31 Dow Street in Framingham for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.  6:51 After receiving a complaint of a domestic dispute on Washington Street, police arrested Lidiane DeSouza, 22 from 59 Exchange Street in Milford for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.   Saturday, April 21 6:41 a.m.: Police arrested Armando Rubi, 39 from 194 Holliston Street in Framingham for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
