The vehicle was towed by . 8:12 a.m.: A Jerrold street resident reports a Highway Department truck struck his mailbox and trash cans. 6:37 a.m.: A Kathryn Lane homeowner called police, voicing concern about the roadways in her neighborhood not being plowed. Police notified the Highway Department. 10:37 a.m.: received a report of a student leaving the High School without authorization. Police brought the student back to the school.
