12:20 p.m.: responded to a motor vehicle crash on October Hill Road. 1:28 p.m.: Police received a report of a possible drunk driver on Railroad Street. Police arrested John Walsh, 61, of 6 Applewood Ln. in Franklin for his second OUI offence.  5:08 p.m.: Police issued a verbal warning to a motorist driving the wrong way on a one way street.
