Police Respond to Storm Crashes, Snowball Throwers

Wednesday, March 6
7:03 a.m.: A caller reported a skunk wandering around the area of Exchange Street and Railroad Street. The caller said they were concerned because there were schoolchildren in the area.
6:22 p.m.: A caller from Turner Road reported that a group of mailbox covers had been torn off in the area.

Thursday, March 7
5:30 a.m.: A janitor in the Adams Middle School accidently activated an alarm.

4:35 p.m.: Officers from the Holliston Police Department responded to a crash on Washington Street near Brook Street. No one in either vehicle needed medical attention.
Friday, March 8
2:59 a.m.: A plow truck driver reported a vehicle off the road on Concord Street. The vehicle had slid off the road and crashed into a tree.
4:13 p.m.: A vehicle was puled back on to the road after sliding off of Marshall Street. No damage was reported.
6:21 p.m.: A caller reported that a person in a silver SUV through a handful of pennies at her son while he was in the driveway.
7:12 p.m.: Officers responded to a vehicle that went off the road and into a yard on Concord Street.
Saturday, March 9
11:35 a.m.: A caller from Morgans Way reported a loose dog with a muzzle on. A short time later a caller reported that their dog matching the earlier description was missing. The caller was advised of the last known location.
8:11 p.m.: An officer spoke to several youths who were throwing snowballs at cars on Norfolk Street.
11:54 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street. Police are seeking a summons to charge the operator with unlicensed opartion.
Sunday, March 10
12:56 a.m.: An officer responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in the snow on Country Road.
1:05 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Mill Street for failure to signal. The driver was also given a warning for a marijuana violation.
3:24 a.m.: A caller from Washington Street reported a domestic altercation at her house. Officers responded and arrested Michael Lemarque, 22, of 2174 Washington Street. Lemarque was charged with attempted murder, assault and battery on a person of 60, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250.
5:09 a.m.: A caller from Winter Street reported a male looking in to a bedroom window. The caller reported that the male then left the area.
1:15 p.m.: An officer responded to a two-car crash on Westfield Drive.
