POLL: Should the Rich Pay More Taxes?
The Buffett Rule, proposed by President Obama, would tax millionaires at a higher rate.

President Obama reportedly pays 20 percent of his income to taxes; a lower rate than most Americans, including his secretary, according to an ABC news report.
The Buffett Rule, proposed by Obama, would require millionaires to pay 30 percent of their income in taxes. The measure was inspired by billionaire Warren Buffett, who asked to be taxed at a higher rate in an Op-Ed for the New York Times titled "Stop Coddling the Super Rich."
His competitor, Mitt Romney, paid about 14 percent of his income in taxes last year.
