With St. Patrick's Day just around the corner residents Irish for life and Irish for a day are looking to get their fill on traditional Irish fare. On top of the list is corned beef, a salt-cured meat, popular with cabbage or in soup. Holliston Superette is currently taking orders for two types of corned beef, grey (less salty, made without saltpeter) and red. The meat arrived earlier this week and deli workers are taking orders for the beef as it brines. Orders will be taken until March 16 but to make sure they don't miss out order yours today. The Superette is also selling Irish soda bread and scones for all of your St. Patrick's meal needs.
