Winning Lottery Reportedly Taken By Cashier

Thursday, April 11

8:27 a.m.: A person went in to the Hopkinton Police Department to report that a person at a business on Cedar Street had taken and kept her winning lottery tickets.

1:02 p.m.: An officer took a report of a crash on Hayden Rowe Street. No injuries were reported.

5:42 p.m.: An officer spoke with a 14-year-old male on Oak Street regarding the youth’s use of a recreational vehicle.

6:42 p.m.: While performing traffic enforcement on West Main Street officers stopped and arrested Fabricio E. Santos, 19, of 20 Downey Pl. Santos was charged with operating with a suspended license, operating without a license and operating an uninspected vehicle.

8:31 p.m.: An officer checked on a group of people on Ash Street. A friend picked up the people.
