August Noise Kicks Off at J.P. Licks; Threat of West Nile at 'Moderate'
Five pieces of info for your Wednesday in Jamaica Plain.

1. August Noise: The first August Noise performance is Wednesday at J.P. Licks beginning at 6 p.m.
2. Police Activity: Police and medical personnel responded to the Brewery complex Tuesday morning for an "assault," according to an official at the scene. Jamaica Plain Patch will try to get to the bottom of what happened.
3. Motorcycle Crash: At about the same time Tuesday, reports of a motorcycle crash began to surface on Twitter. One victim was reportedly taken to the hospital within minutes of the incident. Again, we will try to get more information.

5. West Nile Virus: State health officials have raised the West Nile Virus threat level to moderate in Boston.
