The following information has been supplied by the Boston E-13 District Police log: On Sunday: Police arrested XAVIER E SANTIAGO,  of Jamaica Plain, at 90 Bickford St. According to the E-13 police log, Santiago was in possession of a class A substance, he was additionally charged with intent to distribute. On Saturday: Police responded to a purse snatching incident at 2 Storey Place. On Sunday: Police arrested Jamie Rashaub Wallace of Mattapan on an outstanding warrant. On Sunday: Police and fire personnel responded to 191 Green St. for a report of a building fire.
