A water main break on Centre Street in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood forced the evacuation of the Bromley Housing Development Monday night, fire officials said
Around 8 p.m., a pipe burst and flooded the building’s electrical room.
Residents living at the development were evacuated for “precautionary” reasons.
