Casey DAG: The next Casey Design Advisory Group <a href="https://jamaicaplain.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/casey-design-advisory-group-to-host-public-meeting" rel="nofollow">meeting</a> is Thursday, Aug. 8 at the English High School. 3. NSTAR: During the day, NSTAR and various other construction vehicles have all but taken over a section of South Street (near the overpass.) Use caution in this area. 4. Construction: Also take note of some other construction spots in town: <a href="https://jamaicaplain.patch.com/groups/around-town/p/creighton-street-closed-for-utility-work" rel="nofollow">Creighton Street</a> and a small section of Centre Street near the Curley School. 5. South Street Block Party: The South Street Block Party is Aug. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m.
