If you’re interested in fermentation, the Egleston Farmers’ Market will be hosting an event specifically about the ancient practice.
Professional fermenting artisans from around New England will offer their goods at the market Sept. 28 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
There will be workshops and hands-on demonstrations as well as tastings, lectures and discussions.
