A Mattapan man was arrested in Jamaica Plain Sunday, he's charged with disturbing the peace. Baron Turner was arrested at 2:40 a.m. by officers from the E-13 police department near 265 Centre St. Other notable weekend police incidents in Jamaica Plain: Two Dorchester men were arrested and charged with stealing from a vehicle Sunday. Lawrence Reynolds and Victor Delgado were taken into custody at around 8:39 p.m. near 201 Chestnut Ave.
